Call (512) 244-2131 or email pamperyourself_now@yahoo.com . You can now use our online booking system to book your next appointment.

 

All appointments must be booked a minimum of 24 hours in advance to best accommodate you. The receptionist will try to call you as soon as possible to confirm that your appointment has been successfully made or you will receive an email. If services are two hours or more a credit card number will be required. (Charges will not be made unless the no call no show or punctuality policies have not been followed) All our clients information is considered confidential and protected.

All appointments must be confirmed by the client.  Appointments not confirmed could be considered a No Call No show Risk and a last minute appointment could be booked replacing your appointment.

No call or no shows will be charged full price of the service or services for which an appointment was made.

 

15 minutes grace and punctuality policy

We give 15 minutes grace but keep in mind that your services will be provided in a short period of time but you will be charge for the full amount since we separate the time exclusively for you

Arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to fill the client profile and skin care survey without taking time from your treatment

 

Children Policy:

Children at the spa have to be supervised at all times. For safety reasons children are not allowed in the treatment room. Please make babysitting arrangements prior your appointment.

 

Gift Certificates or Gift Packages:

Gift Certificates or Gift Packages have to be notified when booking your appointment. Appointments made with Gift Certificates that end up being no show no calls result in the cancellation of the Gift Certificate or Gift Package Service. In case of an emergency a cancellation call is required 24 hours prior to your appointment.

 

Check In:

Upon entering the spa please check in at the front desk to start filling your client profile. For hydrotherapy and body wraps two piece bathing suits are required.

 

Check Out:

When you are ready to leave The Pampering Zone, please remember to leave the towel, bathrobe or sandals inside the premises, don’t forget to pick your personal belongings and proceed to the check out desk to settle your account.

 

Next Appointment:

To ensure that you get pampered next time and ensure desired day, time and spa therapist, please schedule your appointment prior to leaving.

 

Payment:

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Spa Finder Gift Certificates, TPZ gift certificates, Wayspa Gift Certificates, Cash and Personal or Corporate Checks with proper ID.  A charge of 30 dollars will be applied to any returned check.

 

Tips:

Tips are not included in any services. A 15% to 20% gratuity is customary.

 

Refunds:

Pampering Zone does not offer any type of refund in its services. Only in certain occasions a limited credit can apply according to the situation. Please notify any complains or concern to the Manager David Diaz.

 

Right of Admission:

We reserve the right of admission: We do not provide services to any person under the influence of drugs, alcohol or toxic substances or clients with a No show No call history.
